Throughout my architectural training and career, I’ve learned from professional city planners and developed a deep understanding of how thoughtful planning can shape a community. I’ve brought this experience to the City’s recent General Plan and Local Coastal Plan update, helping plan for Pismo Beach’s future while respecting the character of the community we value.

Clare was appointed to the Pismo Beach Planning Commission in 2021 and has served as Chair since 2023. With deep experience of local issues, regulations, and citizen concerns and a proven commitment to thoughtful and collaborative decision-making, Clare is well prepared to represent the interests of Pismo Beach residents as your newest City Council member.
